He never called me to introduce or go over my policies to make sure it was right. Had he done that. I wouldn't have lost 1000s in personal property. Since then I have emailed. Texted and called multiple times and no response to try sorting it out. I added a new vehicle. They gave me that quote. Everything was good. Then my monthly payment jumped over 100 a month. Again. Emailed. Texted. No response. Guy doesn't care about customers. Just your money. He's the reason I'm leaving state farm."
