"Guy is a joke. I was switched to him after mine retired. First they had lied to me about my coverage. When switched to him. He never called me to introduce or go over my policies to make sure it was right. Had he done that. I wouldn't have lost 1000s in personal property. Since then I have emailed. Texted and called multiple times and no response to try sorting it out. I added a new vehicle. They gave me that quote. Everything was good. Then my monthly payment jumped over 100 a month. Again. Emailed. Texted. No response. Guy doesn't care about customers. Just your money. He's the reason I'm leaving state farm."

"I had the same sf agent for 25 years. They always did right by me. When she retired and I got temp bumped, I didn't know what to expect. Lucky for me, Tom's office has exceeded my expectations. Everyone I have spoke with has been above and beyond. The follow ups, personal attention, and more have been amazing.
